All of our products may contain small parts that pose a choking hazard. Use only under the direct supervision of an adult. Not recommended for children under the age of 3. Not for consumption and could be hazardous if swallowed. 

By purchasing, you agree electronically to accept full responsibility and waive Highway to Railway of any legal liability for any injury incurred after purchase, up to and including death. 

 

Gem Blocks & Decor Terms:

These products contain small parts that are a choking hazard. Recommended for ages 3+ under direct adult supervision at all times. Not recommended for any child who is mouthing. Wood toys should be inspected before use for any wear or damages. Highway to Railway accepts no liability for any injuries after purchase, up to and including death.

Every piece is cut and sanded by hand with care and comes with its own unique attributes. Wood grain varies and provides for one of a kind products!

Care instructions: Clean using damp cloth only, do NOT submerge in water and do not use disinfectant.

Each gem block and wood product is finished with a food grade mix of beeswax and oil.
